About Personal Trainer Julia

Hi there, I'm Julia and I'm excited to welcome you to Get Stronger! As someone who believes that we can live independently in our 90s and continue enjoying life to the fullest, I'm passionate about helping women like you achieve that goal.  I understand that as we get older, it can be easy to start feeling less energetic, less strong, and less capable. That's why I want to help you build stronger muscles, optimise your nutrition, and feel your best.

 

I used to work as a food technologist, so I have a deep understanding of how processed food is made and why the food industry makes it that way. In August 2017, I made the decision to change my own way of eating for good. I also changed my view of resistance training and delved into the science of fitness to become a certified personal trainer. Since then, I've never looked back.

 

My personal training services, online products, and personal trainer's blog are designed for those who want to improve their health, increase their longevity, and become stronger and happier. I understand that you may not want to join a gym, and that's okay. That's why my focus is on helping you achieve your goals in the comfort of your own home, local park or community centre.

 

I want to teach you how to build stronger muscles and optimise your well-being, so that you can continue doing the things you love with ease and confidence.
