I am thrilled to see you here. My name is Julia, and I am a believer. I believe that we can live independently in our 90's and continue enjoying life to the fullest. It may mean different things to different people. However, all of us wish to be able to look after ourselves. We hope to continue doing simple housework, cook, be able to pull ourselves out of a pool, get up off the floor without anyone's help or lift and hold a toddler.

All everyday movements require the use of your muscles. Unfortunately, from the age of 50, we will be losing those muscles, and this process will be continuous and inevitable. The more muscle mass you have when you are in your 50's or 60's, the more you will retain in your 80's and 90's. It sounds simple, but what do you need to do?

My day job is food-technologist. I have worked in the food industry all my life. I know how processed food is made and why the food industry makes it that way.  That is why I chose to change my way of eating for good in August 2017. I also changed my view of the resistance training's purpose, commenced a study in the fitness industry, became a biohacker, and a sucker for any new scientific publications supporting my newly discovered lifestyle. I have never looked back.

This page is for those who would like to change their health, increase longevity, become stronger and happier. I will teach you how to build stronger muscles at home and optimize your wellbeing. Life is too short not to feel your best, be out of shape, or without the energy to face a new day. I am inviting you on a journey, a lifestyle change, a learning path to becoming a better you.
